Apple unveiled the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max and its first foldable iPhone, the iPhone Duo, on September 9, 2026. The regular iPhone 18 was not announced.
Apple Philippines has already posted local prices, but its product pages still say, “Check back later for availability.” A Philippine pre-order or release date has not been confirmed.
RCBC promo watch: September 15, 2026
RCBC is expected to release more iPhone promo information on September 15. Discounts, installment terms, participating stores and freebies remain unconfirmed until the complete mechanics are published.
When is the iPhone 18 coming to the Philippines?
Here is the status as of September 11:
- iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max: Global pre-orders begin September 12, with first-wave availability on September 18.
- iPhone Duo: Global pre-orders begin October 16, with first-wave availability on October 23.
- Regular iPhone 18: Not announced. Reports point to a possible early 2027 release, but Apple has not confirmed it.
- Philippines: Local prices are listed, but ordering is not yet open.
The Philippines is not named in Apple’s first-wave market lists. Based on previous local launches, October 2026 is a reasonable month to watch for reseller announcements, but this remains an estimate.

What is new in the iPhone 18 Pro?
The iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max feature a 48MP Fusion Main camera with variable aperture, an A20 Pro chip, a larger vapor chamber, a smaller Dynamic Island and an 18MP Center Stage front camera.
The Pro models come in 6.3-inch and 6.9-inch sizes and now start at 256GB. Apple advertises up to 43 hours of video playback on the Pro Max. See Apple’s official iPhone 18 Pro announcement for the complete specifications.
The foldable iPhone is called iPhone Duo
The iPhone Duo has a 5.4-inch outer display and opens into a 7.6-inch inner display. It uses the A20 Pro chip, a 48MP Dual Fusion camera system and a titanium frame and hinge cover.
It is also eSIM-only, so check your preferred carrier and plan if you currently rely on a physical SIM. Apple’s iPhone Duo announcement confirms its global schedule, but no local order date has been posted.
What happened to the regular iPhone 18?
Apple did not announce the standard model at its September event. Reports published before the event said Apple would split the generation into two launches, with the regular iPhone 18 possibly arriving in early 2027.
The premium models arrived as reported, but the 2027 timing remains unofficial. Anyone waiting for a lower-priced model may need to compare the iPhone 17 or wait several more months.
RCBC iPhone promo drop on September 15
RCBC’s promo directory did not show a live iPhone 18 pre-order offer as of September 11. Its September 15 announcement is the next date to watch.
