For starters, try out their Gateaux de Voyage (Travel Cakes). In every box, there are 6 bars – two each of the banana chocolate, almond praline, and chocolate rocher.
BANANA CHOCOLATE is made of banana sponge cake, white chocolate streusel, banana ganache, and dark chocolate ganache.
ALMOND PRALINE from vanilla pound cake, almond praline, caramelized whipped ganache, toasted almond flakes.
CHOCOLATE ROCHER is a fudge cake, with feuilletine crunch, dark chocolate truffles, and chocolate praline.
Holiday Gateaux de Voyage
Feeling festive? Try their Holiday Gateaux de Voyage. In every box, there are 6 bars – two of each of the calamansi bavarian, tablea nut brittle, and carrot cream cheese.
CALAMANSI BAVARIAN is a calamansi pound cake, vanilla bean bavarian cream, candied calamansi, white chocolate.
TABLEA BRITTLE is a mix of tablea chocolate sponge, salted caramel nut brittle, table chocolate cremeux.
CARROT CREAM CHEESE is an ensemble of a carrot sponge cake, white chocolate cream cheese, glazed carrots, milk chocolate praline.
