1. Give yourselves time to settle in.

2. Let the costumes have their moment.
Take a few family photos in the suite before heading to Mabolo Hall. Lightweight outfits and comfortable shoes will be easier for the children to wear through the afternoon.
Keep a change of clothes ready so they can relax afterwards without sitting around in a hot costume. A small bag for their treats will also make the trip back to the suite easier.
3. Save a separate slot for the pool.
On party day, keep swimming short and leave enough time to shower, eat and dress. With an extra night, you can enjoy a longer pool session the day before without watching the clock.
Parents can take turns supervising if one of you wants to use the fitness centre. That way, everyone gets something they enjoy from the stay.
4. Make dinner part of the family outing.
